New patients are always welcome. We offer appointments Monday through Saturday with hours as follows:

Preparation for Your Appointment

During your exam, your eyes may be dilated. Please have someone accompany you to drive you home after your appointment. If you have been referred, following your examination, a complete report of our findings will be sent to your referring doctor.

For each appointment, please bring the following information:

• All of your current eyewear (eyeglasses, contact lenses and most current eyewear prescription)
• A full list of current medications including the dosage and frequency for each medication
• The referral form from your primary care physician if it is required by your insurance carrier
• All insurance plan cards including private pay coverage and Medicare

Please Note: All insurance co-payments are due on the day of your visit. For your convenience, cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards are accepted. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions regarding your appointment.
