Neuro-Ophthalmology

Neuro-ophthalmology concerns the relationship between the eye and the brain, including how the eye sends visual messages to the brain and how the brain influences the eye. Visual problems result when the optic nerve and its connections fail to function properly, or when the brain suffers a stroke or trauma.

Our doctors provide ophthalmic evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and referral for those suffering from such vision problems. Symptoms may include headache, double vision and vision loss.
